It’s not hard; you only have to look for an assault rifle with the raiders before telling him about the? plan to activate the bomb… and be close to burke

yes, for example laser rifles,? they shoot faster, more accurate and it’s almost the same damage, so fuck yourself, plasma is bad.

I did this fine with intelligence at 7 since I hit level? 5ish. I ended up with all special at 9 and all skills at 100. You’ve just gotta know where everything is.

Experimental MIRV does.? Backwater rifle does. Double-Barrel Shotgun does. Combat Shotgun does. Three-Beam Laser Rifles does. Chinese Assault Rifles does. Missile Launcher does.
Result: Almost everything beats plasma.

The way I learned to do it was 9 in inteligence 1 wherever u want and then once you leave the vualt strait to rivit city no lvling and once u get there go to science lab for inteligence bobblehead and now whenever you lvl you get 20 skill? points but when u hit lvl 4 gett the educated perk to boost that to 23 and never boost you skills or special to its max bobbleheads give 10 points to their skill and bobbleheads 1 to their special
